Our client seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Injury Paralegal to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in personal injury law and be fully bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. This role requires strong organizational skills, a client-focused attitude, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
- Gather, organize, and review medical records, bills, and other case-related documents.
- Draft legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, and discovery responses.
- Maintain detailed case files and track deadlines to ensure timely case progression.
- Translate documents and interpret conversations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal preferred.
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
